Job Description - Sales Coordinator - Urgent Position

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Sales Coordinator on the west side of Houston to join our team immediately! Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Please apply ASAP as this is an IMMEDIATE need!

Duties include:

Filing
Making Files
Entering Orders
Checking inventory specs against purchase orders
Verifying customer purchase orders
Prepare quotes
Schedule freight for transport/export
Invoicing
Obtain rates from vendors
Create and revise excel worksheets
