Sales Coordinator--Stable & Growing Organization - Get Hired Fast

We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee. The role is a Sales Support position, where you will be facilitating the activity of the sales team to optimize their performance and enable solid, enduring development of the company. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients.
• Efficiently manage inbound sales leads through emails and calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and product application.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
• Support the Customer Service Team with inbound calls/inquiries/requests as assigned.
• Send specific documentation annually for ISO requirements to clients.
• Enter leads from tradeshows, and track sample requests.
• Track sales cycle process and report to the VP of Sales.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with Tradeshows and preparation of promotional materials and events.
• Send welcome packets to new customers.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Support role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with 'About Time' software
• Knowledge of Billing Functions and Cash Activity management
• Ability to interact professionally with C-Suite executives
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferable.
