Ultimate Responsibility: To develop a relationship with prospective residents and their families focused on education and empathy to attract and move in new residents who are well fit for our community.
Other primary responsibilities include:
Assist in the overall management of the prospective resident marketing pipeline and move in process, guiding prospects and their families through their emotional journey into our community
Tracking all activity in Sherpa CRM, a digital customer relationship management platform designed for the senior living industry
Open to coaching and growth in creating meaningful relationship with prospective residents and their families
Assist in developing and executing thoughtful and creative marketing strategies to target prospective residents and their families, generating new leads
Professionally and confidently represent Tenfold and our brand to the larger community, including outreach to referral sources, medical providers, support groups and local government officials
Assist in managing the move in process for all new residents, including gathering required information and forms and preparing the residency agreement and move in signing package
Support residents during their move in and nesting, including facilitating introductions to key team members and resident ambassadors
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher, strongly preferred
2+years of experience in a direct-to-consumer relationship marketing role
Strong technology skills and competence
Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work Sunday - Thursday, required.
