Sales Data Management Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Data Management Specialist to support the management and resolution of commercial data inquiries across Sales Ops, DTE, and field teams. This role will be instrumental in streamlining data workflows, enhancing inquiry response processes, and driving operational excellence in pharmaceutical data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Ops, DTE, and field teams to monitor IQVIA data inquiries and communicate outcomes
• Develop and manage ServiceNow ticketing workflows for commercial data questions
• Implement business processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency of data resolutions
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design standardized workflows and inquiry protocols
• Support quarterly target refinement and alignment processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management
• Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (Xponent, DDD)
• Proficient in Salesforce, Veeva, and CRM platforms
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake and/or SQL
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of translating technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
