Dynamic design-build outdoor living company seeks a Deck, Patio Cover and Outdoor Living Sales Person to play a key role on our Sales team. This is the perfect opportunity for an industry specific, experienced sales person to significantly bring up their income, while joining the top Design and Build firm in Denver. Our focus is outdoor living including decks, shade structures, paver patios, firepits, outdoor kitchens, water features, landscaping and more. We have a full showroom, design team and a stable of solid craftsman.
Excellent people skills, relevant sales experience, an upbeat personality, time management, critical thinking skills are all a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales expertise
- Timely appointment keeping and proposals
- Timely documentation management
- Most importantly -Customer relations and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in construction sales. Industry specific deck, patio cover, paver patio and outdoor living sales preferred
- Good construction knowledge, problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean MVR
