Qualifications

• 3-4 years of recent experience as a Sales Desk Manager in California REQUIRED

• High Volume desking experience REQUIRED

• Used Car Background PREFERRED HIGHLY

• V Auto/CDK experience PREFERRED

• Highline experience PREFERRED

• Strong organizational skills REQUIRED

• Team player attitude REQUIRED

The California pay range for this position is $16,000.00-25,000.00 monthly.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
