Job Description - Sales Desk Specialist

monday.com is growing and our Partnerships Group is looking for a Sales Desk Specialist who will be responsible for working with our channel partner managers and our partners for keeping us agile, solving bottlenecks and streamline processes .

You’ll join our Partnerships team, based in our headquarters in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

  • Be part of our Sales Desk team, Take primary responsibility to support the channel partner managers complete the sales cycle efficiently.
  • Work independently and cross-functionally handling tickets and requests from stakeholders, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Act as an internal focal point for the Partnership sales processes with issues including order processing, license activation, refunds, commissions
  • Identify gaps in the booking processes, suggest solutions for improvements and work with the relevant stakeholders on the execution of those solutions.
  • Be in charge of the data accuracy and integrity of our processes and commission, issue reports to alert on issues and gaps in the numbers.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent English - must
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Economics/Business Administration - advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Excel/Google Sheets - strong advantage
  • Attention to detail, outstanding follow-through and time management skills, ability to multitask and complete duties on time
  • Ability to make independent decisions in a timely manner and understands business needs and urgency of order fulfillment
  • Ability to identify and apply solutions to business problems
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a winner approach
  • Passion for sales and client-facing work
  • Willingness to learn and develop

Sales desk Specialist

  • Take primary responsibility for issuing and delivering sales orders for our channel partners to support the channel partner managers complete the sales cycle efficiently
  • Work interdependently and cross-functionally to support the sales order process including partner and client-facing work when needed
  • Act as an internal focal point for the sales order-related issues including order processing and license activation
  • Continually learn and develop a working knowledge of all the sales orders operations processes and procedures
  • Identify gaps in the booking processes, suggest solutions for improvements and work with the relevant stakeholders on the execution of those solutions
  • Be in charge of the data accuracy and integrity of our sales orders and issue reports to alert on issues and gaps in the numbers
