Position Summary:
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our success and your own career trajectory.

What You’ll Do:

Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as social media, industry events, and online databases.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for creating net-new sales opportunities.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to management.

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior business development experience preferred.
Understanding information technology is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for teamwork and collaboration.
