Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing department to ensure leads are effectively managed across teams in order to attract great clients. Strong interest in transitioning to a role in outbound sales Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment Experience in engaging with customers and adept at resolving challenges effectively Excellent time management skills Strong relationship-building abilities Strong communication skills and proven ability to identify potential customer opportunities Previous experience in a lead generation role or sales Track record of success in a performance-driven role focused on meeting specific metrics Act as the initial point of contact for new customers via our sales channels and respond promptly to their inquiries Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and marketing efforts aimed at creating business opportunities Successfully negotiate and close contracts for deals valued at less than $5,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Meet established quota targets for territorial revenue growth consistently Occasionally close deals yourself with smaller organizations
