Compensation:
The compensation range for this junior-level sales role, with 1-2 years of experience, is $45,000 - $50,000 gross USD per year. This range reflects the skills, knowledge, and expertise brought to the team, ensuring competitive and fair pay within the industry. There's also a Commission Structure in place for the position.

We're looking for a high-performing, emotionally intelligent Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow within a rapidly scaling team.
