Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales & Lead Qualification
- Make outbound calls to warm leads from aggregators like Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Handle objections and use proven talk tracks to book qualified appointments
- Qualify leads based on service type, property details, and scheduling availability
- Understand and clearly communicate the services we offer across multiple branches (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, repairs, replacements, etc.)
- Use ServiceTitan to manage lead flow, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records
- Navigate other tools and platforms such as Hatch (for lead nurturing), LSA dashboard, and lead aggregator portals (Angi, Networx, etc.)
- Log into multiple platforms daily to follow up, track lead statuses, and pull lead details
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email
- Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with sales and other branch-level teams to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments
- Meet or exceed targets for outbound calls, appointments set, and conversion rates
- Track performance in dashboards and tools provided by the Inside Sales Manager
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or a similar phone-heavy role
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with technology and able to manage multiple software tools daily
- Experience with CRMs (ServiceTitan preferred) and lead platforms like Angi and LSAFamiliarity with Hatch or similar lead nurturing tools is a strong plus
- Familiarity with “speed to lead” processes and workflows
- Organized, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn and retain details about different branch offerings and services
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
- Base Salary: $37,000 - $41,000 ; With the opportunity to double annual salary through performance-based incentives for setting appointments and sales.
