Job Functions

Outreach: Contact companies in our strike zone via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.

• Schedule software demos (you get paid on sets and closes)


• Reach out to 50 leads per day


• Get creative and go on visits, attend shows, etc.

Research & List Building: Identify and research target accounts that fit Overlook's ideal customer profile. We're looking for ecommerce brands with marketing directors or leaders who struggle to get timely answers from their data.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a hungry, coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role and a launchpad for a career in SaaS sales. You don't need prior sales experience. We'll teach you. What you do need is the drive to learn, the discipline to put in the work, and a positive attitude. 

Employer & Role Context

This role is a full-time position with adMind, an established analytics and marketing consultancy. You will be legally employed by adMind and receive all compensation, benefits, and training through adMind.

In this role, you’ll focus on sales for Overlook, a new SaaS product brand being incubated and tested by adMind. This gives you the stability of an established company with the excitement of helping bring a new product to market.
