Job Description - Sales Development Representative


Join Our Innovative Team as a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Innoseal Americas

Our partnerships span across diverse sectors including supermarkets, bakeries, and educational nutrition services. The Opportunity: We're on the hunt for a driven, skilled B2B Sales Development Representative who's ready to elevate their career. You'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, working directly under our Commercial Director to secure new customer relationships and deepen existing ones, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious targets.


Requirements

What You'll Do:



  • Spearhead sales of our innovative food packaging solutions across your assigned territory.

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person demonstrations, ensuring a prompt and effective response to inquiries and leads.

  • Forge strong relationships with channel partners to enhance sales pipelines and close deals.

  • Leverage your expertise to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date prospect database.

  • Participate in trade shows and client meetings, with occasional travel required.


Who You Are:



  • Experienced in B2B sales, with a knack for communicating the value of technical products and identifying customer needs.

  • A strong performer with a history of exceeding sales quotas.

  • : Proficient in using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce or any other similar tools for managing customer interactions and sales opportunities.

  • Proficient in using sales engagement/enablement platforms such as SalesLoft, Outreach, or Gong.io. Please do not apply if you don't meet this requirement.

  • Excellent at verbal and written communication, with adeptness in both in-person and virtual presentations.

  • Capable of managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
