We're looking for a driven, coachable Sales Development Representative to join GG Homes. You'll be working both ends of the pipeline, generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads, with direct exposure to how a high-growth real estate company sources and builds its pipeline. No prior sales experience required. If you bring the competitive drive and the coachability, we'll give you the tools, the training, and the opportunity to grow.

Compensation

$60,000 base draw + uncapped commissions. First year OTE of $120,000+

The Role: Sales Development Representative

This is a role for someone who sees sales as a career, not just a stepping stone. As an SDR at GG Homes, you'll work both sides of the pipeline, making outbound calls to generate new opportunities and converting inbound leads into qualified appointments for our senior acquisitions team. You'll learn the full sales process from the ground up, get direct coaching from experienced professionals, and have a clear path to advance into a variety of roles across the company as you prove yourself. The reps who thrive here are competitive, consistent, and coachable. They take ownership of their numbers, are always looking to sharpen their skills, and come back each day ready to be better than yesterday.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to targeted prospect lists to generate new opportunities


• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, quickly and confidently


• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and fit


• Book and confirm appointments for our senior sales team


• Build genuine rapport and guide prospects through the early stages of the process


• Follow up consistently, turning "not yet" into a scheduled meeting


• Maintain accurate records in our CRM


• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets

Your Qualifications

• You have a background in competitive sports, sales clubs, real estate societies, student organizations, or anything else that shows you know how to push yourself


• You're a recent grad or early in your career and ready to bet on yourself


• You're outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people


• You're comfortable making cold calls and generating your own opportunities


• You can take feedback, apply it, and improve fast


• You're organized and accountable, and you own your results, good or bad
