We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline growth for a fast-growing business.
This is a high-impact remote sales role focused on:

You’ll work closely with the sales team to generate opportunities and move prospects into the pipeline.

Make 30–40+ cold calls daily
Execute 60–100 outbound touchpoints daily
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Book meetings for Account Executives
Follow structured outreach and follow-up cadences
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate CRM records in:
Salesforce
HubSpot
Zoho CRM
Track:
outreach activity
conversations
lead stages
follow-ups
Keep pipeline data clean, organized, and updated
Campaign Optimization
A/B test:
email messaging
subject lines
outreach sequences
Monitor:
reply rates
conversion rates
meetings booked
Optimize outreach campaigns based on performance data
💻 Requirements
Must-Have
1–3+ years of experience in:
SDR
BDR
outbound sales
appointment setting
lead generation
Experience with:
cold calling
outbound prospecting
outbound email campaigns
Familiarity with:
Apollo
Outreach.io
SalesLoft
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
similar sales engagement tools
Experience using CRMs such as:
HubSpot
Salesforce
Zoho CRM
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable working U.S. business hours

B2B SaaS or professional services sales experience
Experience prospecting into SMB or mid-market companies
