Sales Development Representative

The Role

Gradient builds brand experiences for luxury, beauty, spirits, corporate and tech companies. We're hiring an SDR to get us in front of the brands running an RFP or planning an event in the next 3 to 4 months. This job is the phone. Call all day, every day, until you get a meeting on the calendar.

This is a high-activity, high-learning role. You will work closely with the CEO and Founder, test messaging every week, and get direct exposure to how a premium agency's sales motion gets built.

What We Expect From You

Responsibilities

• High work ethic. In office every day.


• Follow and improve our sales process.


• Train and improve daily.


• Pick up the phone and call prospects all day.


• Identify companies with upcoming RFPs, and brands with events planned in the next 3 to 4 months.


• Manage your pipeline and follow up properly.


• Book meetings for Gradient's leadership to present.


• Admin work for data collection.

Requirements

• No previous sales experience required.


• A will to constantly improve.


• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time.


• Good with technology. Sales is a technical job.


• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation

$45k base salary + commission.

OTE: $60k - $75k
