Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential leads, and accepting scheduled appointments within the outdoor equipment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads and scheduled appointments & other communication methods to introduce our company and services.
- Able to accept qualified leads and willing to travel to designated appointments to close potential or existing services upon customer request.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of virtual communication and collaboration solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license & vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
- Background check may be conducted.
Contract Details:
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 3-4 months. The Sales Development Representative will work remotely, with occasional travel to scheduled appointment within the region of Cincinnati or appointed regions. The position offers base appointments travel pay, plus for commission based on performance.
Salary: Range up to $670 - $1020 weekly, plus commission.
