A rapidly growing venture-backed SaaS company is expanding its sales team and hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in Austin.
This organization builds modern software used by operational teams to streamline maintenance, communication, and daily workflows. With strong product adoption and a large underserved market, the company is scaling its sales organization quickly and looking for driven SDRs who want to grow with a high-impact startup.
Youll be on the front lines of revenue generation, engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and converting outbound activity into booked product demonstrations.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and messaging
Make 100+ calls per day to engage potential customers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into scheduled product demos
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers
Develop strong product knowledge and communicate value effectively
Manage multiple lead pipelines and maintain organized follow-ups
Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through consistent tracking and follow-up
Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs
Contribute to building and improving outbound sales processes
0.5–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments strongly preferred
Comfortable performing high-volume outbound calling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelors degree preferred
Strong earning potential
Base salary starting around $50,000
On-target earnings up to ~$110,000+
