About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As our SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for generating interest, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team.

Whether you have payroll sales experience or are new to the industry, well provide full training. If you're ambitious, driven, and eager to grow in SaaS sales, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
  • Book product demos and sales meetings for the Co-Founder of Symply.
  • Identify business challenges and align them with Symply's solutions. https://www.symply.io/
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and leads within a Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Report to VP of Customer Operations with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple prospects at once.
  • Resilient and able to handle objections with confidence.
  • Sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required. Payroll experience is also a plus but we will train the right person.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
  • Uncapped commission and career growth opportunities

  • Sales Development Representative: 2 years (Preferred)
