Who Are We: Literal is an engaging social reading tool for educators and students. Backed by VC and powered by an incredible community of users, we're really good at getting teens to spend more time in a book. While also giving teachers the AI tools needed to make their job faster, easier and more enjoyable.
What's the Role? As the Sales Development Rep (SDR), Youâll grow the business and by prospecting for upgrades among our massive list of active accounts. You'll help educate decision makers on why their teachers are all using Literal. And you'll qualify and nurture leads throughout the entire sales process. You'll join a team, paired with a closer, and work together to keep leads warm and moving towards a solution that will solve some of their biggest problems. 70% of our outreach happens over the phone while 30% will happen over email.
What's required? This position requires an absolute go-getterâs mentality. This is not a role for folks that need to be told what to do. At Literal, we only hire the best and the brightest. We trust you to take the vision, understand the end goal and employ your own creative solution to reaching those milestones successfully.
