• Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional in-store service.
• Sell liquidated and recycled turf through a full sales cycle—from prospecting and scheduling appointments to product demonstrations, invoicing, and closing sales.
• Generate and develop new client relationships through social media, cold calls, online leads, referrals, and other creative marketing efforts.
• Follow up consistently on leads, contacts, and sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrate thorough product and inventory knowledge, staying current on all offerings to serve our customers.
• Track and maintain leads, contacts, and sales activity in the CRM while meeting assigned monthly sales goals and weekly productivity metrics.
• Develop and execute a daily action plan to achieve personal and team sales targets.

• Reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of inside/outside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• $24 Hourly plus commission
