DAY-TO-DAY

As a Sales Development Specialist, you influence and persuade customers to choose our services. Whether you're engaging with existing clients or reaching out to potential customers, your role involves introducing and educating them about the solutions we offer that align with their needs and ultimately enrolling them in our services. Collaborating with the outside sales team, you play a vital role in generating leads and setting appointments through compelling telephone conversations. You leverage various lead-generating programs to drive results, in alignment with initiatives from the corporate inside sales department, with guidance and support from our regional training managers. Your meticulous data entry abilities come into play as you accurately log interactions and call activities in our customer relations management system. Additionally, you contribute to the smooth operation of the administrative team by handling inbound calls related to scheduling, billing inquiries, and resolution of customer concerns.

What we need from our Sales Development Specialists:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent telephone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to pass internal technical exams
• Capability to work a 40-hour week
• Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed
