i.c.stars creates economic opportunity for underserved communities by bridging disconnected young adults with the high-growth tech sector. Through project-based learning, participants build web-based applications to solve client challenges while receiving coding, business, and leadership instruction. As Sales Director, you will drive this mission forward on a part-time basis at 20 hours per week, operating remotely from New York.

What Your First Months Will Look Like

During your initial 1-month probation, you will take ownership of revenue generation strategies and engage with the hundreds of employers who connect with the organization each year through industry conferences and convenings. You will shape how employer perceptions and practices evolve around nontraditional talent, positioning program graduates—who earn living wages working as application developers or business analysts—for sustainable career growth.

What You Bring to the Role

• Proven leadership experience in management or team-building roles within the non-profit or technology sector

• A strong track record in sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is USD 65–95 per hour.
