Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Syracuse, New York. The Sales Director will drive revenue growth and foster a culture of excellence within the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Execute strategic sales processes to achieve company goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of twelve sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful management, with one to two years in a sales leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
