Job Description - Sales Director

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Director to promote our innovative EV charging solutions. As Sales Director, you will oversee the development and management of relationships with Loop authorized resellers, distributors, installation contractors, and key partners to drive sales and revenue growth, with a particular focus on multi-family housing, mixed-use developments (MUDs), and commercial buildings. Your role will involve collaborating across departments to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in these sectors, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the formulation and execution of effective sales strategies targeting multi-family housing, MUDs, and commercial buildings.
Develop and manage relationships with Loop distributors, resellers, installation contractors, and key partners focused on multi-family housing, MUDs, and commercial buildings.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and potential customers in these sectors.
Participate in sales meetings with Loop Partners and Distributors to ensure alignment on key sales opportunities.
Lead end-customer sales from lead generation through to closure.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities across various channels within multi-family and commercial settings.
Develop and execute business development plans targeting regional and national distribution and installation partners.
Negotiate contracts, deliver training, and provide support to partners to optimize their sales of Loop's EV charging solutions in multi-family housing, MUDs, and commercial buildings.

Skills and Experience:
4+ years of progressive sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals and managing channel sales in multi-family housing, MUDs, and commercial sectors.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in these specific markets.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience in selling within multi-family housing, MUDs, and commercial buildings.
Ability to build and manage strategic relationships within multi-family and commercial settings.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and other relevant sales software.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
