As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the clients’ sales engine to new heights. As a Sales Director, you will spearhead initiatives to propel our clients’ success, empowering their sales team and ensuring they possess the tools and knowledge to thrive. From monitoring key metrics to fostering a collaborative environment, your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our clients’ ambitious goals.

Focus:
Chart the course for sales excellence by setting, tracking, and analyzing crucial metrics. Identify trends, implement best practices, and optimize performance for our sales force.
Champion the adoption and effective utilization of the clients CRM platform. Provide comprehensive training, promote its benefits, and ensure it streamlines pipeline management, lead generation, and prospecting activities.
Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging lending trends, proactively sharing valuable insights with your team to stay ahead of the curve.
Serve as a trusted mentor and resource for our sales team. Ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, while also mastering the CRM platform.
Cultivate a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Provide effective leadership and coaching, fostering talent development, overseeing recruitment and training, and leading performance management efforts.

Skill Set:
Possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the mortgage sector, preferably with a strong background in lending.
Experience in private/hard money lending with real estate investors, specifically in fix and flip investments, is preferred.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates your intellectual caliber and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Showcase a consistent record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success in fast-paced environments.
Master the art of both written and verbal communication, enabling you to articulate complex ideas and motivate your team effectively.
Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail and a relentless drive to achieve results.
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and grace.
