We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Sales for a leading company in the healthcare sector. This role will require an experienced leader capable of directing a regional sales team across multiple locations to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic leadership, coaching abilities, and a solid grasp of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, and operational expenses.
Lead and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Manage and enhance patient care strategies.
Mentor and develop a team of Regional Sales Leaders, overseeing hiring and performance management.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies, focusing on licensing and billing.
Drive engagement and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
