Job Description - Sales Director Healthcare (Remote)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remoteâ¯Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you'd lead Healthcare sales efforts across hospitals, health systems, and postâacute care organizations. If you love owning complex, consultative sales pursuits and being a highâimpact individual contributor, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Sell outcomeâbased consulting services to Healthcare organizations focused on implementing, optimizing, supporting, or expanding their HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP platforms.
Own and execute Healthcare account strategies across Enterprise and MidâMarket hospitals, health systems, and longâterm care providers.
Lead complex, multiâthreaded sales cycles involving HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Executive teams.
Conduct deep discovery to understand Healthcareâspecific workforce challenges, including:
Staffing shortages and retention
Shiftâbased scheduling and overtime pressure
Union and nonâunion labor environments
Credentialing, compliance, and multiâstate regulations
Translate operational complexity into a clear, quantified value proposition tied to financial performance, workforce stability, and patient care continuity.
Partner closely with Mosaic delivery leaders to create solution scope, phased roadmaps, business cases, and longâterm transformation strategies.
Identify expansion opportunities postâimplementation across optimization, managed services, and change management.
Maintain disciplined opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene within CRM.

5+ years of experience in consultative sales, enterprise solution selling, or professional services sales.
Strong preference for experience selling into Healthcare (Hospitals, Acute, PostâAcute, LongâTerm Care).
Demonstrated success managing complex, multiâstakeholder sales cycles with executiveâlevel engagement.
