Sales Director - Oncology & Hematology
Location: Ideally located near a major airport in a major metropolitan area in Eastern US.
Position Summary: This is a full-time position within the US Sales department, working remotely from home.
Cycle Pharmaceuticals is looking for an enthusiastic and talented team player to join its fast-growing Sales Department as a Director of Sales – East. Preference for candidates to live near a major airport in Eastern US. This is a role leading an oncology and hematology focused sales team.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant input into the growth of a dynamic, collaborative and patient focused team, within a successful small biotechnology Company showing year on year revenue growth. You will be challenged to enjoy the variety of leading a sales team selling across multiple therapeutic areas and products within our portfolio, and ensuring the service offered from our Cycle Vita patient hub is at the core of our sales proposition.
In addition to building lasting relationships with health care clinics and key opinion leaders while leading a sales team, you will develop your internal network and contribute to cross-functional project teams. Having the opportunity to participate in a range of company projects, you will leverage your transferable skills across projects aligned to market access, product launches, patient services and marketing to make a real difference to our growth plan.

The role will be home-based but you may be required to travel >80% of your time on a frequent overnight basis, with occasional weekend travel, to attend internal and external sales meetings. We have an agile working policy which allows employees the flexibility to manage their appointments, start and finish times around our core working hours and the business need and deliverables.
