Accountabilities
- Own your territory from prospecting to close, managing the full sales cycle and building pipeline.
- Listen to clients and ask insightful questions to identify their needs and match our solutions accordingly.
- Become an expert on our pricing models and articulate why our platform outshines traditional healthcare options.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining a positive culture and communicating promptly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas as an Account Executive.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve and be open to feedback.
- Excellent listening skills, able to grasp client needs thoroughly before responding.
- A hustler mentality with a strong work ethic that drives success.
- Dependable and trustworthy with a commitment to delivering on promises.
- Genuine care for people and a strong personal reputation.
- Resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
