About icometrix
ico metrix is a fast-growing company focused on impacting the lives of people with neurological conditions through its unique AI solutions that assist radiologists and neurologists in the reading of brain MRI and CT scans. The headquarters are based in Leuven, Belgium, but ico metrix already has a US team present.
Our customers include hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. The ico brain solutions for people with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease & other forms of dementia, stroke, brain trauma, and epilepsy, are already impacting clinical care decisions in many hospitals worldwide. Recently, based on the submitted evidence by ico metrix , a new CPT III reimbursement code was issued by the AMA in the US, which is driving adoption of ico brain as the standard of care significantly.

What will you do?
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated regional sales director in the US to join our journey and mission. Together with our team, he/she will be responsible for converting the strong interest from US hospitals towards happy customers and convey the value of ico metrix within the US health system. They will work collaboratively with colleagues and management to effectively develop and execute strategic sales plans, resulting in both new business and incremental business with existing customers.
Work with US hospitals and radiology groups to implement ico brain and enhance the diagnostic accuracy, productivity, and clinical decision-making
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial contacts through creative prospecting and proactive communication
Transform patient care by closing deals and turning them into fruitful long-term collaborations
Qualify and convert marketing-generated prospects
Build and foster relationships in the field of radiology.
Join our mission to make ico brain the standard of care in neuroimaging
Translate ico metrix ' strategy into personal sales goals
Attend trade shows and work directly with our wonderful prospects and users
Build and nurture key customer relationships
Create a network of reference sites and clinical champions
Collaborate with the ico metrix team to address customer requests

Experience in US reimbursement pathways, demonstrating clear value for our customers through using the CPT III code
Hungry attitude towards closing deals and optimizing patient care

10+ years of medical software sales experience
Strong network in radiology
Not afraid to pioneer the transformation of patient care through imaging AI, you have the courage to pursue your goal
Possess energetic sales abilities, incl. communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Out-of-the-box mindset, initiative taker
