Sales Division Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven sales experience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset. This role requires a self-motivated professional with a passion for expanding markets through cold calling, client visits, and trade show participation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, visits, and trade shows
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals
• Maintain a strong presence with both current and prospective clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
• On-site presence required when not traveling
