Sales Door Rep - Community Roof

We are expanding across Central Texas, and we’re seeking ambitious Sales Door Reps who are ready to build their own market presence.

Role Overview:
You’ll act as the local point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand roof restoration, insurance processes, and available options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned territories and generate leads
• Build and manage your own homeowner pipeline
• Oversee roof inspections and assist customers with claims
• Coordinate with project managers for on-time completion
  

Preferred Background:

• Previous sales, construction, or service experience helpful
• Self-motivated with strong organization skills
• Must own a vehicle and ladder (or be open to getting one)
• Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and working outdoors
