Sales Electrician (Journeyman License Required)

The Vibe:

We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician who loves people as much as circuits! This isn't just a trade job, it's a high-impact sales role where you'll be the trusted expert in homeowners' living rooms, helping them upgrade their homes with EV chargers, panel upgrades, and safety fixes.

Why You'll Love It:

• Earn Big: Uncapped commission potential. Top performers are pulling in $385k+/year! Even average performers hit 225k–300k.
• Great Perks: Company van with gas, medical benefits, and a $3,000 signing bonus.
• Recognition: Make the top 10%? You and a guest get an all-inclusive trip to the Legend's Club!
• Support Team: Not every close is solo. If we need extra help, our inside sales team jumps in, and you still keep 7% commission.

What You'll Do:

• Visit 2–3 homes a day for 2-hour consultations.
• Educate homeowners on safety (like knob-and-tube hazards) and upgrades.
• Build trust and close deals (we aim for a 50%+ close rate!).
• Represent a professional, community-focused brand.

Who You Are:

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (O2/Residential).
• A natural conversationalist who builds rapport instantly.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, results-driven environment.
• Ready to work flexible hours (early mornings or evenings).

Ready to Light Up Your Career? If you're self-motivated, trustworthy, and ready to earn what you're worth, let's talk! We offer a 7–10 day paid onboarding with mentorship to get you started strong.

• Active Washington EL02 Electrician license.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Motivated to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
