What You’ll Do:
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with VP of Sales & Success to ensure the sales team is supported, equipped, and operating at a high level. You’ll help keep team initiatives organized and on track, drive accountability across daily and weekly KPIs, and implement systems and workflows that allow the team to scale. While you don’t need to come in as a sales leader from day one, you’ll bring a strong sense of ownership, coachability, and a service-oriented mindset to help elevate team performance and efficiency.
