This role is foundational to building a consistent, future-ready enablement engine that translates strategy into repeatable learning motions across the business. Enablement Specialists focus on execution excellence, learning effectiveness, and scalable delivery. Success in this role is measured by reach, quality, adoption readiness, and learner confidence, ensuring the field is prepared to perform. \n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do \n\nDesign \u0026 Deliver Scalable Enablement \n\n * Facilitate structured, repeatable enablement programs across Sales, New Hire onboarding, Technical, and systems implementation audiences. \n\n\n\n\n * Translate sales strategy, tools, and priorities into clear learning objectives and engaging experiences. \n\n\n\n\n * Apply adult learning and accelerated learning principles to ensure consistent skill acquisition across audiences. \n\n\n\n\nExecute High-Impact Learning Programs \n\n * Deliver live, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences with clarity, energy, and consistency. \n\n\n\n\n * Adapt facilitation style to audience needs while maintaining fidelity to program standards and outcomes. \n\n\n\n\n * Record learner progress and provide coaching-oriented, developmental feedback aligned to program goals. \n\n\n\n\nEnable Adoption \u0026 Readiness \n\n * Support rollout of new tools, processes, and systems by ensuring sellers understand the what, why, and how. \n\n\n\n\n * Partner with Sales Enablement Partners, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to align learning delivery with business priorities. \n\n\n\n\n * Facilitate partner and vendor-led training in collaboration with Partner Marketing. \n\n\n\n\nMeasure \u0026 Improve Enablement Quality \n\n * Summarize learner feedback, evaluations, and training outcomes for leadership review. \n\n\n\n\n * Identify opportunities to improve program clarity, flow, pacing, and learner engagement. \n\n\n\n\n * Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement programs through feedback loops and post-delivery insights. \n\n\n\n\nProgram \u0026 Project Support \n\n * Participate on enablement projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables. \n\n\n\n\n * Provide regular status updates on assigned programs and delivery milestones. \n\n\n\n\n * Maintain organized training assets, materials, and communications using standard tools. \n\n\n\n\nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 3+ years of related experience in sales enablement, facilitation, learning \u0026 development, or comparable experience. \n\n\n\n\n * Experience facilitating sales, leadership, and/or technical training in live and virtual settings. \n\n\n\n\nCore Skills \u0026 Capabilities \n\n * Strong foundation in adult learning theory, active learning techniques, and distance learning methodologies. \n\n\n\n\n * Proven facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. \n\n\n\n\n * Ability to quickly learn new content areas and translate them into clear, structured learning experiences. \n\n\n\n\n * Solid project coordination skills within a defined scope and success criteria. \n\n\n\n\n * High attention to detail, delivery quality, and learner experience. \n\n\n\n\nTools \u0026 Ways of Working \n\n * Proficiency in Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and virtual facilitation platforms. \n\n\n\n\n * Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet time-sensitive delivery commitments. \n\n\n\n\n * Comfort working in a cross-functional, multi-site, and global environment. \n\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
