Sales Engineer (Insulation) - MEP Department

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential customers, projects, and sales opportunities; conduct client visits, presentations, and achieve sales targets.


• Product Demonstration & Client Interaction: Explain insulation products and solutions, conduct product demonstrations, understand customer requirements, resolve technical queries, and recommend suitable products.


• Contract & Drawing Review: Review basic project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract requirements related to insulation work to ensure accurate product selection and quotations.


• Site Visits & Project Coordination: Conduct site surveys and measurements, coordinate with clients and project teams, monitor insulation work progress, and ensure proper site coordination.


• Material & Documentation Management: Coordinate material requirements, assist with shop drawing submissions, monitor site inventory, and maintain project-related documentation.


• Client Relationship & Project Support: Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients; support project execution, handover, and payment follow-up.


• Reporting & Market Development: Maintain sales reports, update project pipelines, and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2–3 years of experience in insulation, HVAC, MEP, construction materials, industrial product sales or related field

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Basic understanding of thermal and acoustic insulation products.


• Ability to read basic construction drawings & MS Office proficiency.

Valid two-wheeler & driving license.
