Sales Excellence Business Partner - Industrial Automation – OEM

In this role you will supports the sales organization in achieving its goals by providing expertise, guidance, and support in areas such as process optimization, commercial coverage, sales and market insights, training and development, and analytics. This particular Sales Excellence business partner will be aligned to the Industrial Automation OEM team, supporting sales leadership and the sales teams. What will you do? Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for improvement Develop annual sales organization specific operational plans Coordination of the CORE (commercial operations readiness execution) process Work with sales teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy Provide proactive prescriptive surveillance of the business, including monitoring of strategic priorities Lead resource planning, segmentation, and coverage activities Support sales teams in the use of technology and tools to improve their productivity and effectiveness Partner with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure that sales teams have the resources and support they need to succeed Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales to continually improve the sales organization's performance Support development and implementation of training programs, in collaboration with sales enablement, for sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge Primary Location(s): Nashville, TN Boston, MA Dallas, TX Raleigh, NC Remote (USA) What's in it for me?
