This position is not an office job with walk-in traffic. Instead, you'll be responsible for generating your own prospects, setting appointments, networking, and converting warm and cold leads into relationship prospects. You will have the opportunity to have a mentor, if needed, to guide you in maintaining your pipeline of business, making presentations, and closing your deals while the support staff maintains client relationships.

Compensation is dependent on experience and includes either a base salary or draw for those with industry experience. Full benefits covering medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k are also included.
