Job Description - Sales Executive

Business Development Rep
Level: Experienced
Job Location: West Chester, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
Education Level: 4 Year Degree


Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative.  As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a sales or marketing background.
We are a national provider of commercial print and direct mail services. We have built an industry-leading manufacturing facility utilizing a broad array of advanced technologies. Our 75-year track record is a testament to our success in building long-term valued partnerships with our clients. 

Responsibilities:
• Identify new leads, contacts, and potential business opportunities
• Conduct research on companies and industries to identify key decision-makers and potential clients
• Generate new leads and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold call and email outreach, to schedule appointments and generate interest in our products and services
• Collaborate with the sales and senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Analyze prospect requirements and needs to understand how Company’s products and services can be applied to meet those requirement/needs 
• Record all business and sales activity in Company databases and complete required activity reports 
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
• Provide feedback to the product development team on ZoomInfo's features and functionalities
Qualifications/Compensation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or general business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Compensation: Base salary with generous success-based compensation incentive plan.  The starting base salary and incentive plan will be based on the “requirements fit” of the applicant.
