Our goal is to bring the most exquisite stone in the world to fabricators and commercial builders everywhere, pairing the personalized service of a local stonemason with the large-scale capabilities of a global distributor. Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.

Position: Sales Executive ( Stone & Cabinets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prioritize incoming job quotes and generate accurate estimates based on customer-provided designs within 24 hours, ensuring seamless follow-through and successful completion of the sales process.


• Coordination of daily calendar to ensure timely customer visits, calls, and other communication is met.


• Accountable for cold calling new prospects and dormant customers.


• Responsible for following up with customers to ensure any changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets is required.


• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize is required.


• 3 years of experience in 2020 Design software is required.

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.

• Ability to occasionally work weekends, if needed.
  
  


• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships are required.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.


• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in relevant math skills is required.


• Understanding of construction principles and/or background and ability to read blueprints and floor plans is required.
  
  


• Understanding of cabinet/cabinetry knowledge is required.


• Excellent decision-making ability problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs is required.


• Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers.


• Understanding construction principles; ability to read blueprints and floor plans is preferred.

Pay Range: $55,000 to 80,000 + monthly commissions

Working Conditions: Multiple environments including office and warehouse.
