GENERAL: McCombs Properties is looking  for a distinguished top producer with a minimum of two years of sales experience to help our growing sales team. While a real estate license is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in pre-construction, land sales, and spec inventory sales. We currently have opportunities available at our exclusive Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community, nestled in the heart of Port Aransas, TX. McCombs has proudly been recognized as one of the best places to work for the past 12 years.

INDUSTRY: Real Estate – Residential Homebuilding, Land Development

SALARY:

  • Commission-based compensation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide and support discerning prospects through the purchasing journey of our luxury real estate offerings.
  • Cultivate a robust prospect database within the community, delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments via telephone, converting outbound and inbound calls and web leads into tour appointments, and engaging walk-in traffic with the ultimate goal of converting prospects into owners through executed purchase agreements.
  • The Sales Executive will be tasked with achieving or exceeding community sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

Ideal candidates must exhibit the following qualifications:

  • Proven ability to source connections that will either become buyers or refer potential buyers to the community.
  • Residency in the Coastal Bend area is essential.
  • Demonstrated skill in effectively closing transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for our esteemed clientele.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong competitive spirit and a must-win attitude.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the confidence to solicit referrals.
  • A polished professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong presentation and telephone communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
  • Accountability in achieving sales targets.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A passion for engaging with affluent prospects.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and data input.
