Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives.The ideal candidates will have experience in tools and equipment sales, good technical knowledge of power tools, and strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.


• Promote and sell Makita power tools and related products to customers and businesses.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


• Handle corporate and institutional business accounts.


• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.


• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.


• Provide technical information and product guidance to clients.


• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with customers while maintaining company policies.


• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.


• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.


• Travel as required to meet clients and develop new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.


• Prior experience in tools and equipment sales is required.


• Strong technical knowledge of power tools.


• Experience handling corporate/business-sector clients.


• Proven ability to develop and expand a customer network.


• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.


• Willingness to travel as required.


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in power tools, hardware, construction equipment, industrial equipment, electrical products, or related sectors will be highly preferred.
