Job Description - Sales Executive

We are a rapidly growing executive search firm that has created a proprietary ATS (applicant tracking system).

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team -

someone who is passionate and full of energy .

The ideal candidate is a sales professional who has previously sold technology services and solutions (preferably ATS or payroll services).

He or she should be comfortable presenting and working with founders and C-level executives and has formal sales training experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers (industry agnostic).
Screen and schedule well-qualified prospective client meetings, where the Managing Partner, Thomas Watson, will join and support you in closing the sale.
Conduct ATS system demos with confidence.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Help us prepare for in-person events, such as conferences, etc.
Draft marketing collateral and find unconventional ways to get the market's attention to promote our ATS capabilities.

Qualifications:
2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience, preferably in the SMB space
History of exceeding sales goals
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Exceptional communication skills
Warm, friendly personality.

This is a fully remote role. You can work from wherever you choose. All you need is a laptop and Wi-Fi.

Compensation:
Base salary dependent on the candidate's experience, and includes a lucrative commission plan (no cap).
