seeking a top performing B2B sales hunter who excels at finding and closing new business. The ideal candidate will embrace phone prospecting and cold calling to create opportunities in their protected territory.
First year target total compensation around $100K+ which includes base salary, commissions, bonuses and car allowance! 2nd Year on target earnings at $120-150K.

As a

Sales Executive , you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.

You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. You have existing relationships that will help you quickly establish a portfolio of clients. You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price. You should be proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our growing team.

In this position you will:
Identify and qualify potential clients via phone, email, and field visit cold calls
Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
Utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information.
Assist with Sales Ops Walkthroughs and New Starts
Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Experience selling services to owners or key stakeholders at commercial properties is ideal. Successful candidates must have strong consultative selling skills as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills. You need to be driven and ready to work hard.
Minimum 3 years quota carrying B2B combined inside and outside sales experience
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Strong MS Office and CRM systems
Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams
