Position Overview:
Our client in the Wholesale Building Materials is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in North Carolina. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the multi-family sector.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers in large-scale multi-family projects (100 units or more).
Leverage your existing business book to secure new contracts and generate immediate revenue.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
Present and demonstrate our premium cabinetry and countertop solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the estimating and shop drawing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Cross-functional leadership experience
Consistent follow-up and process ownership mentality
Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience preferred
