Our Client, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive (MG) to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused professional to represent a prestigious brand, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Open and close the showroom, ensuring both showroom and vehicles are maintained in optimum condition at all times.

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, addressing all queries related to vehicles and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

  • Promote and sell the brand, increasing brand knowledge and driving sales with customers.

  • Evaluate customers product choices and guide them in making purchasing decisions based on their needs.

  • Explain vehicle model features and conduct test drives to encourage customers to experience the vehicle.

  • Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales and collect payments (cash / loans / cheque deposits).

  • Arrange vehicle checks and preparation for delivery, ensuring handovers are carried out in line with brand standards.

  • Manage any complaints related to sales, escalating to the Sales Manager when necessary.

  • Report cleaning or maintenance needs to ensure the showroom meets Franchise Standards.

  • Stay up to date with new vehicle models, features, and technology, ensuring strict adherence to Franchise Standards.

  • Support and attend vehicle launches and promotional events, including those held outside regular working hours.

  • Attend required training sessions, locally or abroad, as organised by the Company.

  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Brand Manager.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies, and Franchise standards.

Educational and Skill Requirements

  • A-Level standard of education.

  • ECDL or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in sales.

  • Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
