• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to engage and secure contracts with nursing home owners and operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the Jewish community to drive business growth.
• Educate prospective clients on the benefits of partnering with us for physician services.
• Work closely with internal medical teams to ensure seamless service delivery for contracted clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to position us as a leader in the market.
• Attend relevant networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to expand our presence.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.

• Proven track record of success in B2B healthcare sales, preferably within physician services, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
• Established relationships within the Jewish community, particularly with nursing home owners and operators.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, reimbursement models, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Competitive base salary of $100,000 - $150,000.
• Lucrative commission structure with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $400,000+.
