Sales Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

· Lead and enhance routine, new, and ad hoc financial analyses aligned with evolving business needs

· Partner with the Senior Manager, Financial Operations to support strategic initiatives and special projects · Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial governance standards

Core Technical & Analytical Capabilities

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience

· Advanced financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost modeling

· Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data modeling); working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI

· Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights · Solid understanding of financial operations, including inventory flows (WIP, FG) and asset lifecycle management

· Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

· Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (operations, supply chain, engineering) · Strong data forensics and visualization skills to support executive-level communication

· Confident in stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and customer-facing discussions Execution & Ownership

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

· Proactive in identifying process gaps and driving improvements

Salary: $80.5K-$95K
