Sales Floor Associate-Katy

Location: 23441 Kingsland Blvd #500 Katy, TX

Position Summary

As a Sales Floor Associate, you’ll be the face of The Soccer Factory—helping players, parents, and fans find the gear they need. Whether it's recommending cleats with our ProFit system, setting up displays, or checking in new merchandise, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, helpful attitude

• Assist with product selection based on customer needs, including cleats, jerseys, equipment, and team uniforms

• Use the ProFit cleat fitting system to recommend ideal footwear based on foot type, position, and performance needs

• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register

• Receive and restock merchandise, including unpacking and displaying new arrivals

• Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales

• Uphold merchandising standards and visual presentation

• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily store goals and uphold store values

• Educate customers on new releases, top sellers, and exclusive Soccer Factory products

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Passion for soccer and familiarity with the game (positions, brands, club culture, etc.)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Energetic, team-oriented, and coachable

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
